Mina is a spellcaster, having powerful spells especially in Ice type magics. She is pretty balanced with the other elements except with fire. Other than magic she uses thin wires and basic needles for repairing Berry.

Berry isn't really 'alive' he is actually Mina's weapon. When she was creating him, Mina provided him with a special ability to absorb other spell casters' magics to either fuel his movements or provide more Mp to Mina. He specializes in hand to hand combat, and does not use spells other than draining Mp. He cannot absorb fire magics and is weak against them.
